They interact daily with State Regulatory and Law Enforcement agencies such as The Department of Consumer Protection, Gaming Division. While remaining independent, the Gaming Commission works in close cooperation with Tribal Internal Audit, Tribal Surveillance, Land Use Commission and Tribal Police. The Mashantucket Gaming Commission monitors enterprise operations to ensure compliance to the gaming procedures, SOMs, Tribal Ordinance and Tribal Council resolutions.
